COLUMBIA, Ky. – John-Paul Williamson is the Mid-South Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the conference office announced on Tuesday.

The senior from Derry, Ireland, finished ninth overall at the Belmont (Tenn.) Opener last weekend with a time of 15 minutes and 40 seconds over the 5,000-meter course.
